The NHS App provides a simple and secure way to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, access your health records, and use a range of NHS services.
Where appropriate, patients may also be able to access care through our online consultation service.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm
Cancelling an Appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer it to another patient.

Please avoid calling the practice first thing in the morning unless your enquiry is urgent. This helps keep our phone lines available for patients who need urgent access to care.
Important
Do not cancel appointments via online booking systems or text message services.
These cancellation methods are not monitored for appointment cancellations and may result in your appointment being recorded as a Did Not Attend (DNA).
Out of hours
Medical Emergencies

Chest pain
Severe breathing difficulties
Symptoms of a stroke
Any other life-threatening emergency
Call 999 immediately.

If you need urgent medical advice when the surgery is closed, contact NHS 111.
