Practice Manager

The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the practice, including service delivery, staff coordination and supporting the continued development of patient services.

Nursing Team

Jennifer Abus
Locum Nurse

Jennifer supports the practice by providing nursing care and services to patients as part of the clinical team. Jennifer Abus is listed internally as a nurse, and correspondence confirms engagement at the practice as a locum nurse.

Reception and Administration Team

Our reception and administration team supports patients with:

• Booking and managing appointments
• General enquiries
• Registration and updating patient details
• Repeat prescription enquiries
• Referral and administrative queries
• Information about practice services
• Requests for reasonable adjustments and communication support
• Signposting to appropriate services

Our team will ask for brief information when appropriate so that patients can be directed to the most suitable member of the practice team. All information is handled respectfully and confidentially.
